A Wheeling, WV newspaper rock critic once wrote,“ Falle has the type of voice to handle any musical style – a truly remarkable performer”. Born and raised in Parma, Ohio, Falle was one of several high school football players recruited to join a male-depleted school choir. With his slick lead tenor voice, Falle quickly became a standout, learning viola, saxaphone, bass guitar, piano and guitar. Heavily influenced by CSN, Chicago, The Eagles, Johnny Cash and Steve Earle, it was clear that performing, especially harmony vocals, were Marty’s forte. Marty also performed in musicals, such as the rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamCoat” and “Fiddler on the Roof”.
Falle's musical talent blossomed upon arriving at Ohio University. After performing with the Ohio University Choral group, Falle created and fronted the band “Voices” that quickly became one of the most popular acts in Ohio. "Voices" was considered top draw and won the “Midwest Battle of the Bands” attracting 4,000 at OUs Byrd Arena.”Voices” also won a spot on MTV's popular “Basement Tapes” show.
Marty's 2006 debut CD, "Ohio" sold out on September 1, 2009, supported by the hit single - "Hoochie Coochie Gal from the Buckeye State". Marty's follow-up CD, "Dingtown" is receiving critical acclaim world-wide.
